Divinely dividing one's self to create a new life is an incredible journey unique and special to every family. As you and your family embark on your new adventure we will provide emotional and physical support and service to produce the best birthing experience. We will work with each family while taking a holistic approach to make it stress-free and as powerful as possible. Providing support, guidance, and nurture. We offer non-medical soothing techniques including massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, music, and mantras. Our doula services includes the following,
Birth Support
Prenatal visits: During these visits, we will discuss your birthing vision, tour hospital or birthing center, nursery/home safety screening, create a birthing plan, practice comfort technics, Labor positions, align and strengthen pelvic floor and answer any questions
Labor: At your request will come when needed to your home or hospital to provide labor support. During labor will suggest positions, give a massage, birthing techniques, as well as support in advocating your birthing plan and expectations during birth. After birth, we help with the baby’s first latch, lactation support, newborn care, attachment and will continue guidance till the first postpartum visit.
All visit duration will be about 2-4 hours long. (Excluding births) Prices are on a sliding scale.

Approx 15-24+ hours of dedicated support.
Postpartum Support
Post Postpartum visit: We will assist with any initial transitioning, soothing techniques, breastfeeding techniques, vaginal/cesarean recovery, healthy meal prep, lactation support that includes breast pump/bottle feeding support, baby wearing, and baby’s first bath. (Recommended at least week after birth)
Postpartum Visits
- We offer postpartum support hourly. We are available for day, evening and overnight support
Minimum of 8 hours required.
Special Request

"First night home": We will stay overnight to further support and to settle in. ( 8 hours or more)

Fertility
Fertility visit: We will begin by reviewing you're fertility history, and discussing your goals to assess where we can adjust to optimize fertility. We will reviewing both you and your partner’s diet and other lifestyle practices to ensure we optimize fertility for both of you. We will create the best plan for you and your partner that will include custom guided visualization and meditation to strengthen your mind-body connection and innate power of creation.
